Job summary

GiveDirectly is hiring a Flex Senior Manager to lead programming across our countries of operation. You will drive end-to-end project management, design operational models for new programs, and supervise multi-layered teams including field operations and due diligence support.

You will develop partnerships, manage donor relationships, and coordinate with senior management to ensure successful delivery and impact in the cash sector, with travel up to 50–60% and a fully remote work model
