Job summary

Danaher Life Sciences is seeking a Director of Global Strategic Partnerships to drive high-level collaborations with BioPharma clients like Johnson & Johnson, Merck and Regeneron. This remote role manages cross‑platform penetration and owns the account strategy globally.

You will elevate Danaher LS’s position by influencing C‑suite decision makers, growing revenue, and generating incremental opportunities. Report to the BioPharma Leader in a solutions‑oriented team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science-related field.
• 5 years selling into large BioPharma.
• 7+ years of commercial experience in Life Sciences.
• 2 years selling to VP and C‑Suite leaders.
• Geographic preference in greater Philadelphia or mid-Atlantic.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop strong customer partnerships with BioPharma customers; orchestrate C‑Suite and senior leadership meetings.
• Own account strategy from ground up; collaborate with Marketing, BU, Sales and Distribution.
• Articulate value proposition to OpCo senior leaders in Biologics space.
• Understand and manage funnel; communicate current and future state in leadership reviews.
• Develop solutions to boost top-line revenue and understand workflows and synergies.
