Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead ISV/Tech & AI partner marketing efforts. You will plan and execute integrated campaigns, manage co-marketing initiatives, develop joint content, and coordinate with Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Sales to amplify MongoDB’s voice and adoption.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in enterprise software or B2B SaaS marketing, with a passion for AI and developer/partner marketing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing and partner marketing experience in an enterprise software, B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Experience with AI & Tech company offerings and a passion for these evolving technologies.
• Experience with developer and partner marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop partner marketing strategies that drive growth, awareness, and adoption of MongoDB via our ISV/AI/Tech partner ecosystem.
• Plan and execute end-to-end, integrated partner co-marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams.
• Oversee the development of jointly produced digital content, including web assets, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies.
• Act as a liaison between ISV/AI/Tech partners and internal teams, including Industry & Solutions, Field Marketing, Events, and Product.
• Own partner marketing planning and project manage the initiatives that bring them to market.
• Manage in-person joint events in conjunction with the Field Marketing and Events teams, including promotional materials and on-site support.
• Manage partner marketing budget.
