Job summary

News Corp is seeking a Director, Global Network Operations in NYC with a hybrid 3 days in office schedule. You will lead a global delivery team spanning US, EMEA, Asia, and India, ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-efficient network services across a multi-business enterprise.

The role requires strong ITIL/ITSM practices, executive stakeholder management, and collaboration with Architecture, Finance, Sourcing, and Cybersecurity to advance service maturity and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years IT infrastructure with 5+ years supervising network managers or regional teams.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM grounding and modern Agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Network Operations across US, EMEA, and Asia with India-based delivery.
• Drive resiliency, observability, and security for enterprise networks.
• Oversee global budget, cost optimization, and vendor governance.
• Collaborate with Architecture, PMO, Sourcing, Finance and Cybersecurity.
• Maintain strategic alignment of network initiatives with business needs.
• Provide senior escalation for major incidents and root-cause analysis.
