Publicis Groupe ANZ is seeking a Director, Strategy to oversee Media Planning and Strategy for a high-profile US account. You will develop integrated media plans and lead cross‑functional collaboration across markets, translating briefs into strategic media recommendations and driving optimization.

The role demands strong analytical, presentation, and leadership skills, with a track record of managing teams and influencing senior clients.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising or related field.
8+ years of experience in media planning.
4+ years of experience managing junior staff.
Agency experience preferred; tech/finance vertical experience a bonus.
Proven client presentation and influencing skills.

Lead day-to-day strategic management of assigned lobs, overseeing media strategy and planning.
Co-lead development of integrated media strategies from brief to implementation.
Translate client briefs into strategic media recommendations with insights.
Drive collaboration across Strategy, Investment, Analytics and DPS teams.
Use performance insights to optimize plans and inform future recommendations.
Develop deep understanding of client business and priorities to strengthen strategies.
Manage projects, priorities and resources across business areas.
