Job summary

Accommodations Plus International seeks a Director of Technical Operations to lead global IT services, end-user support, and corporate systems administration. You will manage distributed teams across New York and Pune, set service standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-growing travel tech environment.

The role requires deep enterprise IT experience, strong people leadership, and the ability to align IT services with business growth and global workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in IT ops or corporate tech roles with leadership experience.
• Experience managing distributed IT teams across geographies, esp. US/India.
• Hands-on ITSM platform administration including SLA management.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributed IT operations teams across New York and Pune, aligning services with business needs.
• Oversee corporate systems: M365, IAM, SaaS portfolios, data security, and compliance.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and roadmap for IT operations.
• Partner with HR and Finance to manage staffing, hardware lifecycle, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure strong service delivery and high CSAT through process discipline.
