Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain seeks an IT Infrastructure Leader to define vision, roadmaps, and processes for mission-critical customer-facing software, services, and infrastructure. You will lead global teams across multi-cloud environments, drive automation with Terraform/Ansible/Python, and partner with security to embed zero-trust principles.

You will own reliability, disaster recovery, and incident post-operations reviews, while shaping demand management and program prioritization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8 years of experience or Associate degree with 10 years or 12 years of experience.
• 6 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong executive presence and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to IT infrastructure teams and define vision and roadmaps.
• Partner with IT organization to deliver customer-centric solutions and ensure reliability.
• Lead end-to-end design, deployment, security, and management of multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Drive cloud FinOps, zero-trust architecture, and automation initiatives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs for system reliability and customer satisfaction.
