Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Global Immigration & Mobility to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This leader will own the strategic direction and day-to-day effectiveness of a global immigration and mobility function that supports a multinational workforce. The role is focused on building scalable programs that balance compliance, employee experience, and business agility. You will partner closely with HR, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape workforce mobility decisions and strengthen operational execution across regions.

Location: Seattle, WA

Compensation: $207,500 – $290,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of mobility and immigration professionals
• Execute the global mobility and immigration strategy aligned with business priorities
• Advise HR and business leaders on workforce mobility and emerging trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evolving organizational needs
• Design scalable mobility solutions focused on employee experience and compliance
• Oversee global immigration and mobility programs, including visa sponsorship and relocation services
• Champion technology and analytics to enhance mobility operations
