Qualifications

• 10+ years leading global mobility and immigration programs in complex multinational organizations.
• Proven ability to transform mobility into strategic enablers for hiring, workforce planning and location strategy.
• Strong knowledge of global immigration processes, compliance, payroll considerations, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global mobility and immigration team focused on innovation, excellence and partnership.
• Develop and execute Expedia Group's mobility strategy aligned with business priorities, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
• Advise HR and leaders on workforce mobility, international hiring and deployments.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, SLAs, and performance reviews.
• Design analytics, dashboards and KPIs to measure program performance, costs, and service levels.
• Champion technology, automation and data-driven improvements in mobility operations.
