Job summary

Waste Management seeks a strategic HR leader to direct the HR service delivery within its Global Business Services model in Houston. The role aligns HR capabilities with enterprise priorities and service standards to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions across the employee lifecycle.

The Director partners with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, Digital, Finance, and business leaders to drive operational excellence, leverage technology, and support enterprise transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years HR experience preferred.
• 10+ years of HR experience.
• Experience standing up a shared service center model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR services and employee journeys including process design and technology enablement.
• Develop a global workforce strategy for talent, capacity, and service continuity.
