Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 7 years of experience.
• Professional registration or certification may be required based on the role.
• Strong communication and listening skills essential.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production section operations including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support.
• May serve as Assistant Project Manager and contribute to production on projects beyond management duties.
• Provide administrative support for section staff and technical services; coordinate with other sections.
• Participate in marketing planning, proposals and interviews.
• Engage with industrial and public clients on marketing, project production and related issues.
• Ensure work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated via a proactive project management system.
• Implement, monitor and support company policies.
• Assist in selecting, training and developing technical personnel.
• Collaborate with National Directors and marketing staff on local and national marketing and production initiatives.
• Perform other duties as needed.
