Job summary

Andersen Corporation seeks a senior financial leader to coordinate corporate planning, reporting, and the enterprise reporting infrastructure. You will partner with FP&A to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, and oversee audits, governance disclosures, and compensation-related accounting.

Lead a team of five degreed accountants, coach talent, and align organization structure to current needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting is required; MBA a plus; CPA preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and influence across levels of management.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to package financials clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate period-end financial and management reporting with compelling packaging.
• Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting with FP&A.
• Develop and manage the enterprise reporting infrastructure and tools.
• Oversee audits, government disclosures and debt covenant calculations.
