Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. seeks a highly analytical Director, Financial Reporting & FP&A to oversee global reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for a growing international organization.

You will lead US GAAP/IFRS compliance, govern group accounting policies, coordinate audits, and partner with executive leadership to drive data-driven decisions, profitability, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, or finance leadership.
• Proven experience leading global consolidations and multinational reporting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience managing month-, quarter-, and year-end closes across entities.
• Expert budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Ability to influence executives with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead global financial consolidation and prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Coordinate subsidiary reporting and intercompany eliminations.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS.
• Develop group accounting policies and disclosures.
• Lead audits and coordinate external audit activities.
• Provide early warnings on financial risks to CFO/CEO/BU leaders.
