Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in consulting or industry roles focused on Finance Shared Services, BPO, or GBS transformation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale global finance transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday), digital enablers (RPA, AI), and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Finance Transformation Strategy for Shared Services, BPO, and GBS operating models.
• Advise CFOs and finance leadership, benchmarking and best practices for client relationships.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex finance transformation engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Drive cost optimization through process redesign, automation, and strategic sourcing in finance operations.
• Contribute to IP development, white papers, and industry insights on Finance Shared Services trends.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and support talent development.
