Responsibilities include managing large programs, achieving cost reductions, and guiding global delivery teams. Strong ERP and digital enablement experience is essential, with a focus on measurable ROI and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 12+ years in consulting or industry roles focused on Finance Shared Services or GBS transformation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale global finance transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms, digital enablers, and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for Finance Shared Services and GBS operating models.
• Lead large-scale finance transformation programs with standardization and automation.
• Advise clients on global delivery models and hybrid solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery and coordinate with global delivery centers.
• Drive cost optimization through redesign and strategic sourcing of finance ops.
• Mentor junior team members and support talent development.
