Job summary

AEG Fuels is seeking a Director of the AEG Connect Network to optimize contract fuel conversion across our FBO network and strengthen relationships with partners. You will drive engagement, training, and adoption of AEG's fuel and services while partnering with sales and marketing to support growth and retention.

You will lead cross-functional teams, enable sales efforts, and represent the brand at industry events, traveling regularly to key FBO locations and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5+ years in aviation sales, contract fuel, FBO operations, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of contract fuel programs and FBO operations.
• Experience driving sales enablement and partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to FBO locations and events.

Responsibilities

• Drive contract fuel conversion across the AEG Connect FBO network aligning engagement, training, and incentives with sales objectives.
• Support new account origination, conversion, and expansion across based and transient traffic with contract fuel sales teams.
• Assist with travel, on-site pitches, joint customer meetings, and closing opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with FBO staff to promote AEG contract fuel and services.
• Partner with marketing to increase brand awareness across the network via campaigns and events.
• Coordinate with aviation associations and events to penetrate local markets.
• Serve as liaison between FBOs and internal teams including sales, marketing, operations, and service.
• Host recurring business reviews with FBO leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding with third party vendors during operations and onboarding.
