Job summary

AEG Fuels is seeking a Fuel Coordinator to support fueling operations for commercial, government and military flights, handling pricing, vendor coordination, and availability.

You will provide high-quality customer service, address inquiries, and work with in-house teams to ensure accurate communications and timely logistics, including currency conversions and unit calculations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high levels of customer service is essential.
• Solid understanding of basic mathematical computation and principles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Proficient knowledge in currency and units of measurement conversion.
• Ability to set priorities and complete objectives independently and with a team.
• Ability to handle and resolve problems effectively.
• Maintain professional demeanor in stressful situations and negotiations.
• Flexibility to handle shift work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate fueling of commercial, corporate, government and military flights.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and maintaining relationships.
• Process all fuel-related inquiries accurately and timely.
• Maintain liaison with clients, suppliers and into-plane agents as required.
• Ensure all communications comply with AEG Policies and procedures.

Position Description:

• Coordinate and facilitate the fueling of commercial, corporate, government and military flights. Aspects include: fuel pricing and arrangement, confirming fuel availability with vendors, following operational priorities.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Process all fuel-related inquiries in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain liaison with clients, suppliers and into-plane agents as required.
• Ensure that all communications comply with AEG Policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience of delivering high levels of customer service is essential.
• High level of understanding in basic mathematical computation and principles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Proficient knowledge in conversion of currency and units of measurement.

Recommended Experience:

• Associates / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
• Aviation Fuel & Flight Operations knowledge
• FAA Certified Dispatcher preferred, but not required
