Job summary

Eaton’s Aerospace Group is seeking a dynamic General Manager for the Fuels division. This strategic leader will direct global growth, portfolio strategy, and lifecycle support across OEM and aftermarket channels, with substantial travel and relocation as needed.

You will oversee product development, manufacturing operations, services, and commercial execution, drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and industry-leading performance within a matrixed, multinational organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience across operations, finance, sales, marketing, product management, or general management.
• Demonstrated success leading global businesses with full P&L accountability.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading complex, matrixed organizations with global teams and diverse customer bases.
• Ability to lead across multiple cultures and regions, including North America and Europe.
• Aerospace, industrial manufacturing, aftermarket services, or related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FMC's Fuels portfolio strategy, growth initiatives, and lifecycle support globally.
• Drive profitable growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across OEM and aftermarket channels.
• Oversee product strategy, development, program execution, and service delivery worldwide.
• Shape pricing, channel management, and portfolio optimization to maximize recurring revenue.
• Foster strategic partnerships and inorganic growth opportunities in a matrixed global organization.
