Job summary

THE·TEAM in Los Angeles seeks a Director, Production to oversee the delivery of agency projects from brief to execution, ensuring resources including operations and logistics are allocated and delivered on time, on budget and to THE·TEAM’s quality standards.

This role involves mentoring the Production team, managing budgets over $2M, coordinating with vendors across audio, lighting, staging and graphics, and traveling 30%–50% domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of operations experience.
• Experiential/entertainment industry preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with account teams to meet objectives and budget.
• Manage vendor relationships (audio, lighting, staging, graphics, etc.).
• Communicate project status with clients and teams.
• Develop and reconcile project budgets of $2M+.
• Create production schedules and run-of-show timelines.
• Lead and mentor the production team.
• Support business development with existing and new clients.
