Job summary
Brady Corporation seeks a Global Product Manager (Director) for the Brady Enterprise Platform to own strategy, roadmap, and commercial execution of Brady's strategic software platform. The role partners with R&D, Sales, and customers to translate business needs into platform requirements and accelerate Brady's software journey.
You will drive cross-functional alignment, own platform economics, and shape integration into enterprise environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B software with platform ownership.
- 3+ years leading product strategy at Director level.
- Experience integrating commercial components such as identity, billing, and observability.
- Strong knowledge of GCP and BigQuery; comfortable with on-prem and air-gapped deployments.
- Experience integrating with ERP, MES, HIS, EH&S and asset management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Own platform strategy and multi-year roadmap.
- Lead build-vs-buy decisions for platform components.
- Drive adoption within Brady software products.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, BU leaders and customers on integration patterns.
- Own platform P&L and pricing posture.
- Serve as connector between technical and commercial teams.
