Job summary

VB Spine, LLC seeks a senior leader to shape and drive the Enterprise Applications Strategy & Leadership across ERP, CRM, MDM, Manufacturing Apps, and Data & Analytics. You will own the long-term vision, modernize platforms, and partner with IT to align with business priorities.

You will oversee JD Edwards, Master Data Management, manufacturing apps, and Salesforce, leading global teams and managing external vendors in a fast-paced Life Sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 12+ years in enterprise applications, ERP, or technology leadership; 10+ years leading global teams.
• Deep ERP expertise with strong preference for JD Edwards (JDE).
• Strong Master Data Management experience, including data governance and enterprise integration.
• Life Sciences/MedTech/Medical Device experience; Orthopedics or Spine industry desired.
• Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, commercial, and operational processes.
• Expertise in CSV, GxP, data integrity, validation, and regulated system delivery.
• Proven track record leading large teams, vendors, MSPs.
• Experience with ERP transformation and large-scale modernization initiatives.
• Salesforce/CRM and Data & Analytics experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise applications strategy and roadmap across ERP, CRM, MDM, Manufacturing Apps, and Data & Analytics.
• Own long-term vision for ERP and master data to ensure scalable, compliant platforms.
• Modernize and optimize enterprise applications, including process, integration, and support model changes.
• Align enterprise applications with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, integration, and digital strategies.
• Drive governance, vendor performance, and business value realization across applications.
