Job summary

Angel Studios is seeking a Director of Content Licensing to lead premium film and TV licensing for the Angel platform. You will negotiate with major Hollywood studios, distributors, producers, and partners to secure rights that drive member acquisition and engagement.

In this role, you will build financial models, advise on deal structures, and partner with Legal and Content teams to move opportunities from opportunity to launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in content acquisition, licensing, or related field.
• Experience negotiating with major studios and international partners.
• Strong financial modeling and deal-structuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead licensing strategy for premium film/TV catalog.
• Develop and negotiate high-value rights agreements domestically and abroad.
• Manage relationships with studios, distributors, and producers.
• Analyze market and portfolio performance to optimize rights.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Content teams to execute deals.
