Job summary

Paramount Pictures is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the global content licensing portfolio. The role partners with senior leadership to deliver insights, drive profitability, and guide strategic decisions across Sales, Content, and Strategy teams.

The position involves developing 10-year revenue forecasts, managing a staff in the US, and presenting financial analyses to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance/accounting/economics or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, LRP, and financial modeling skills.
• Experience supporting executive decision-making through financial analysis and business partnership.
• Advanced Excel and enterprise planning systems knowledge (SAP, Anaplan, Hyperion, Oracle EPM, Longview or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, monthly forecast, quarterly outlook, and Long-Range Plan processes.
• Analyze forecast variances and communicate risks/opportunities to the executive team.
• Partner with Accounting and Corporate FP&A to align forecasts with reporting and planning assumptions.
• Develop financial analyses supporting TV series greenlight decisions and long-term revenue forecasts.
• Own the development and maintenance of 10-year revenue forecasts and licensing assumptions.
• Present forecasts and recommendations to senior leaders and translate complex data into actionable insights.
