Job summary
Paramount Pictures in Los Angeles seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead global content licensing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will partner with senior leadership and manage a small US team to deliver insights for strategic decisions.
Responsibilities include developing 10-year revenue forecasts, supporting greenlight decisions for TV series, and presenting analyses to executives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate or strategic finance experience.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, LRP, and financial modeling background.
- Experience supporting executive decision-making with financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budget, monthly forecast, quarterly outlook and LRP processes.
- Analyze forecast variances and communicate risks/opportunities to executives.
- Align forecasts with financial reporting and planning assumptions.
- Develop analyses supporting TV series greenlight decisions and long-term profitability.
- Own 10-year Ultimate revenue forecasts and update licensing assumptions.
- Present forecasts and recommendations to senior leaders.
