Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences or business/marketing; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in domestic/global commercial market access, supply chain/technical operations, and/or other distribution functions.
• Experience launching new products in the US and/or globally, with a preference for specialty drug launches.
• Experience leading 3PL partnerships and ERP/OTC integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term strategy and vendor management for domestic end-to-end channel partnerships, including 3PL and other channel partners.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of contracted domestic 3PL partners and ensure adherence to GxP distribution activities.
• Support Order-to-Cash activities to enable ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA) and OTC processes.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Sales, and Analytics to support planning and performance.
• Develop clear goals, risks, and mitigation plans and communicate to leadership.
