Experience working within highly outsourced semiconductor manufacturing environments.
MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a long-term capacity strategy across Cisco's global manufacturing ecosystem.
Translate product roadmaps and demand signals into capacity requirements and investment decisions.
Lead scenario modeling, risk analysis, and decision support for capacity and supply planning.
Drive AI-enabled planning, automation, and analytics to modernize planning processes across the organization.
Inspire and develop a distributed team across regions and time zones.
