Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Director of Business Process Transformation to shape and lead the end-to-end AI and business process transformation agenda, from opportunity identification through value realization, in partnership with the GM, CIO, and enterprise technology teams.

This globally remote role requires delivering a prioritized multiyear roadmap, robust business cases, governance, change management, and sustained adoption across the business, with executive reporting on

Qualifications

• Senior transformation leader with experience shaping and delivering large-scale, global change.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and change management principles.
• Executive communication skills, able to translate complex topics into clear decisions and actions.
• Proven ability to lead matrix teams and influence senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Translate the BU AI and business process transformation strategy into a clear, prioritized, multiyear execution roadmap.
• Lead the transformation lifecycle from opportunity identification through adoption and value realization.
• Ensure initiatives have robust business cases, defined objectives, sponsors, success measures, and value tracking.
• Drive portfolio prioritization and sponsorship, aligning capacity with priorities.
• Own portfolio-level value realization and executive reporting on productivity, growth, quality, speed, and customer impact.
• Establish delivery standards, patterns, and reuse of AI components for faster, higher-quality delivery.
• Implement BU-level AI governance aligned with policy and enterprise guidelines.
• Collaborate with CIO and AI leaders to translate requirements into technology and data needs.
