Job summary

Revolution Medicines in the United States is seeking a Director, Stakeholder Engagement Strategy & Operations to lead the strategy, planning and execution of Global Medical Advisory Boards. This role may contribute to global congress planning and will report to the Head of Scientific Stakeholder Engagement within Global Medical Excellence.

Partnering with Commercial, Clinical Development and Research, the role ensures compliant governance, cross-functional coordination, and seamless integration

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Medical Affairs experience in biotech/pharma with advisory board focus.
• Proven track record leading global and regional advisory boards across regions.
• Strong understanding of oncology landscape and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience budgeting, vendors, and operational processes for advisory boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of global and regional advisory boards.
• Collaborate across Medical Affairs to align advisory boards with priorities.
• Ensure compliant planning, execution, and documentation of boards.
• Design agendas and content with internal teams to meet strategic goals.
• Oversee governance, budgets, contracting, and vendor oversight.
• Capture insights and disseminate across cross-functional stakeholders.
