Job summary

Stoke Therapeutics seeks a Vice President, Global Medical Operations to build and lead the operating model, governance, and execution capabilities for Global Medical Affairs. This leader will partner across Medical Affairs, Finance, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial to translate strategy into integrated plans, optimize resources, and deliver performance insights.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in scientific/medical/public health or business discipline preferred.
• Typically 12+ years of progressive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with leadership in Medical Affairs operations or related global function.
• Experience building operating models, governance, processes, systems, and teams across assets/geographies.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Global Medical Affairs operating model with integrated annual and long-range plans.
• Own the Global Medical Affairs budget, forecasts, headcount, and resource-allocation processes.
• Provide governance for funding, grants, and external engagement with compliance considerations.
• Oversee medical communications, publications planning, and advisory boards for launch readiness and lifecycle execution.
• Lead the development and implementation of policies, SOPs, and training for Medical Affairs operations.
