Job summary

Revolution Medicines, based in the United States, is seeking a Director of Global Named Patient Access Strategy & Operations to design and run compliant paid access for investigational therapies. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a healthcare field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive commercial or medical affairs experience in biotech/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Develop an overarching global named patient access strategy to enable authorized supply of RevMed medicines.
• Design and implement new named patient access initiatives globally.
• Lead and oversee operation of initiatives, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, regional teams, legal and compliance to ensure proper distinction from other access programs.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with vendors to ensure objectives and SLAs are met.
• Secure governance approval for potential new initiatives.
• Supervise orderly closure of territories as products gain regulatory approval and reimbursement.
• Build policies, SOPs, and frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage budget, forecasting, and drive operational excellence.
