Job summary

PG Calc seeks a Director of Gift Annuity Compliance to lead a three-person team and own the precise annual filings for 80+ clients. You will stay ahead of evolving state laws governing charitable gift annuities to ensure accurate filings and reliable guidance for PG Calc and its clients.

The role requires a background in gift planning/regulatory compliance and a proven ability to train staff, manage contracts, and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in gift planning/planned giving, law or regulatory compliance.
• 2+ years managing in a hybrid environment.
• Love of detail, data driven work.
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of three compliance professionals
• Contribute your expertise to support Sales of the line of business
• Maintain accurate client contracts and communication records in Salesforce
• Refine processes and implement operational efficiencies
• Flag clients at risk of leaving
• Communicate with clients and gather information to complete filings
• Complete filings accurately and on time
• Verify that invoicing is correct
• Request reimbursement of filing fees
• Train new staff and help them build their expertise
• Keep training materials current as regulations change
• Provide intradepartmental training to PG Calc colleagues
• Share your expertise with clients through at least one webinar annually on state registration and annual filing compliance
• Act as the internal authority on CGA compliance and support other lines of business
