Job summary

Sarepta Therapeutics is seeking a Lead in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics to guide dose selection for gene therapy programs from early to late-stage development, including Ph3 and registration. The role focuses on PK/PD modeling and translational approaches across development stages.

The successful candidate will develop quantitative strategies, oversee population PK/PD analyses, support regulatory interactions, and help shape global regulatory strategies in a hybrid US-based work

Qualifications

• PhD required in pharmaceutical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in clinical pharmacology or pharmacometrics.
• Expertise with PK/PD modeling and regulatory engagements.
• Proficiency with NONMEM and R or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quantitative strategies.
• Oversee data analysis including population PK/PD modeling.
