Health Research, Inc. (HRI) Roswell Park Division seeks a Director of GEM Business Operations to provide executive leadership for the GMP Engineering & Cell Manufacturing Facility.

You will oversee administration, project management, supply chain, and cross-functional operations to scale operations and improve financial and performance visibility. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of 141,581 to 178,874 USD annually.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, operations, finance, healthcare administration, life sciences, engineering, or related field with five years of full-time business operations/related experience including 18 months in supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, finance, healthcare administration, life sciences, engineering, or related field with seven years of full-time business operations/related experience including 18 months in supervisory/managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide business and operational leadership for Roswell Park’s GEM facility, overseeing administration, project management, supply chain, and cross-functional operations.
• Strengthen operational infrastructure, improve financial visibility, standardize processes, and ensure effective cross-functional execution across GEM programs.
