Job summary

RoslinCT is seeking an Associate Director of Information Technology to lead the site ITS team, shaping the software lifecycle from selection to decommissioning. You will partner with GMP manufacturing, QMS, and global IT to deliver digital transformation, maintain MES (POMS) and related systems, and manage budget while ensuring cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Technology, or other technical degree with GMP experience.
Evidence of teamwork, leadership and initiative taking including management experience.
Prior MES experience with Emerson Syncade, Werum PAS-X, or POMS required.
Understanding of Warehouse and Inventory management and ERP implementation in GMP.
Experience designing and implementing EBR recipes using GAMP5, S88 and S95 standards.
Proficiency with cybersecurity compliance and information security in a regulated environment.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office suite applications.

Responsibilities

Lead the site ITS team and represent ITS on the site leadership team.
Develop and manage US site IT budget.
Drive site digital transformation and global IT goals (system implementation, infrastructure, desktop support, cybersecurity).
Manage GMP technology vendors, consultants, and outsourcing engagements to balance cost and stakeholder satisfaction.
Support MES design, configuration, validation, deployment, and maintenance across the site.
