Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, operations, finance, healthcare administration, life sciences, engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of full-time business operations, strategic operations, program management, organizational operations, project management, or related experience including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, consultative, managerial or executive capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, finance, healthcare administration, life sciences, engineering, or a related field and seven (7) years of full-time business operations, strategic operations, program management, organizational operations, project management, or related experience including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, consultative, managerial or executive capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate key operational functions for GEM, including administration, project management, supply chain and related support activities.
• Strengthen operational infrastructure, improve financial and performance visibility, standardize processes and drive cross-functional execution.
• Collaborate with GEM leadership and Industry Partnerships to operationalize external opportunities from engagement to closeout.
