Job summary

Health Research, Inc. (HRI) Roswell Park Division is seeking a Director of GEM Business Operations to lead the GMP Engineering & Cell Manufacturing Facility operations within the Center for Immunotherapy.

The role oversees administration, project management, supply chain and related support activities to enable growth and cross-functional execution across GEM programs. The position requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience in business operations, and offers a competitive

Qualifications

• Five years of full-time business operations experience including eighteen months in a supervisory, consultative, managerial or executive capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree with seven years of full-time business operations experience including eighteen months supervisory/managerial exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate administration, project management, supply chain, business operations and related support activities.
• Strengthen operational infrastructure and standardize processes across GEM programs.
• Collaborate with GEM leadership and Industry Partnerships from initial engagement through proposal development, contracting, project initiation, execution, financial tracking and closeout.

Education

Master’s degree in business administration, operations, finance, healthcare administration, life sciences, engineering, or a related field
