Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Director, Gas Turbines - EPC to lead strategic growth and operational excellence in its gas turbine EPC portfolio. You will drive market expansion, oversee full P&L, and ensure superior project delivery across multiple high-value power projects with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires 15+ years in EPC project management with leadership and P&L accountability, plus PE or PMP preferred. Travel up to 50% and a culture of ownership await.

Qualificações

• Deep understanding of gas turbine EPC project execution and power infrastructure markets.
• Proven leadership with large-scale project delivery and commercial acumen.
• Experience with risk management, contracts, and portfolio governance.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP and financial modeling tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a strategic plan for Rosendin’s Gas Turbines EPC portfolio aligned with company goals.
• Oversee full P&L, bookings, revenue, margins, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead business development and client relations to secure projects and market share.
• Direct end-to-end EPC lifecycle from preconstruction to warranty support.
• Establish governance, risk management and portfolio reviews across projects.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team with safety and continuous improvement focus.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards on all EPC projects.
• Drive process improvements and advanced technology adoption in delivery.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, engineering, safety and finance teams for resource optimization.
