Rosendin is seeking a Director, Gas Turbines - EPC to lead strategic growth and operations of the Gas Turbines EPC portfolio. You will drive market expansion, ensure project delivery excellence, and optimize financial performance in power infrastructure sectors.

This leadership role requires deep EPC experience, a collaborative culture, and a focus on safety, quality, and profitability across multiple projects. Travel up to 50% is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification preferred.
• 15+ years EPC experience in gas turbine or power generation.
• 8+ years in leadership with P&L accountability.

Mansioni

• Develop strategic plan for Gas Turbines EPC portfolio aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee full P&L accountability including bookings, revenue, backlog, margin, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting.
• Lead business development and manage client relationships with owners, developers, utilities, OEMs, and engineering partners.
• Direct end-to-end EPC lifecycle from preconstruction to warranty support.
• Establish governance, risk management, and portfolio review processes for safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and QA standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and operations.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, engineering, safety, and finance teams to optimize resources.
