Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior Director, Future of Work to lead strategy, design, and execution of a cross-functional function shaping how work, roles, and workforce models evolve with AI and automation.

You will own the roadmap, operating model, governance, and budget, and build a high-performing team to deliver scalable workforce solutions in a dynamic, enterprise environment. This role partners with senior leaders to translate strategy into practical programs aligned with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior leadership experience in multi-disciplinary organizations.
• Experience translating strategy into scalable workforce solutions.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for executive audiences.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and workforce implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multidisciplinary Future of Work function across HR, Technology, and Operations.
• Own budget, resources, and 1- to 3-year roadmap for Future of Work initiatives.
• Drive data-backed decisions on roles, workforce models, and productivity improvements.
• Define operating model, governance, and performance measures for impact.
