Kate Spade New York is seeking a Director of Media to lead full-funnel media initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will own demand generation and demand capture strategies, collaborating with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to optimize campaigns and fuel pipeline growth.

You will report to the Senior Director of Media & Retention and drive brand relevance with younger audiences while accelerating conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years experience building media campaigns with multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Experience in retail or luxury a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Build full-funnel media strategy and oversee implementation across awareness, consideration and conversion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan campaigns aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with media agencies to build strategic plans and ensure timely optimization.
• Align with ecommerce, marketing, creative, buying and PR to identify content and linking strategies.
• Define and track KPIs for upper- and lower-funnel performance and inform optimization.
