Kate Spade New York is seeking an Associate Manager, Communications to support the Senior Managers in PR and Influencer. The role drives brand buzz, enhances desirability, and shapes cultural conversations across media, influencers, events, and social activations.

You will collaborate with global teams to manage press materials, VIP partnerships, gifting, reporting, and budget processes while maintaining brand consistency and fashion credibility.

Qualifications

• College degree; 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Communications, PR or Marketing (in-house and/or agency)
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-team collaboration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Launchmetrics, Traackr & Sprinklr

Responsibilities

• Support external PR agencies in day-to-day activities such as sample requests, image requests, credit requests, copy requests, and more
• Manage PR sample calendar needs and priorities with cross-functional teams
• Lead seasonal sample ordering for Domestic PR and VIP and track global sample orders
• Maintain and organize Communications team product samples and inventory lifecycle
• Oversee gifting initiatives for Communications programs (inventory, allocation, packaging, partnerships)
