Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• Two to Four years of employment in a related position.
• All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Rancho de los Caballeros standards.

Aufgaben

• Direct and coordinate with Front Office, Transportation, Security, Bell Staff and Concierge to meet daily hotel needs.
• Oversee Operations Management and planning with the Rooms Director, including staffing, forecasting, controlling and supervising.
• Ensure employees are trained to maximize service, production and efficiency; control staffing, profits and costs.
• Prepare reports requested by the Managing Director.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on Ranch and Rooms Operation strategies and plans.
• Work with the Controller to understand financial statements and budgeting processes; accounts receivable.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required; comply with Ranch rules and regulations.
