Qualificações

• 10-12 years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, commercial or operations finance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field.
• Experience leading a complex revenue forecast and consolidating a full P&L in a manufacturing environment.
• High proficiency in financial modeling, management reporting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis.
• Strong Excel formulas, functions, and large data sets.
• Strong analytical, data-gathering, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen connecting commercial and operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead people, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Own the P&L forecast, Budget, and long-range planning processes.
• Partner with Sales Finance, Operations Finance, Plants, Logistics, Procurement Finance, and leaders to align assumptions for volume, FX, inventory, pricing, and operating performance.
• Pressure-test and constructively challenge forecasts from global functions; identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee the global OPEX budget and headcount/spending plans.
• Ensure engineering revenue, program costs, and project spending are reflected in forecasts and budgets.
• Consolidate the P&L forecast, integrating revenue, costs, and operating expenses with clear ownership.
• Analyze and explain gross margin and P&L performance, including drivers like volume, price, mix, FX, and costs.
• Provide executive-level financial analysis, identify risks/opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Define and maintain clear roles, responsibilities, handoffs, and operating mechanisms across FP&A and business partners.
• Drive forecast accuracy, reporting processes, financial controls, and analytics across regions.
