Job summary

Moloco in San Francisco seeks a Director of FP&A to lead company-wide planning, forecasting cadence, and financial partnership for Corporate Functions. You will own end-to-end planning across products and functions, scale processes and systems, and provide forward-looking insights to executives and the board.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in FP&A or related roles, advanced degree or CPA/CFA, and a track record of building scalable processes in high-growth tech.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related analytics roles.
• Experience in AdTech or high-growth tech is a plus.
• Public-company planning and reporting experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and standardize internal planning cadence across business units (AP, LRP, rolling forecasts).
• Partner with G&A leadership and cross-FP&A teams to align corporate targets with functional plans.
• Develop and maintain high-impact financial models and analyses for strategic initiatives.
