Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, or accounting experience.
• Experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience developing executive-level financial reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Demonstrated business partnership with operational leadership.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with Planful, Sage Intacct, Tableau or similar planning/reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and coordinates rolling forecasts across assigned business units.
• Owns financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for assigned operations and enterprise initiatives.
• Develops and maintains complex financial models supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
• Directs monthly financial reviews, variance analysis, and executive performance reporting.
• Builds executive KPI dashboards and Enterprise Performance Reviews that translate financial and operational performance into actionable insights.
