Marquee Brands LLC is seeking a Director of FP&A in New York to lead the Home & Culinary finance function, own royalty reporting, and drive portfolio-wide insights. The role partners with Accounting for closes, supports due diligence, and mentors two analysts responsible for royalty data and compliance.

You will implement AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, deliver timely reporting, and influence strategic decisions across the Marquee brands portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or math.
• MBA or CPA is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead FP&A partner for Home & Culinary; own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning.
• Own royalty reporting and licensee compliance across the portfolio.
• Analyze licensee performance and identify whitespace opportunities.
• Manage and mentor two analysts in royalty reporting and analysis.
• Incorporate AI into daily tasks and projects to improve efficiency.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly reporting for the division and roll-up to consolidated results.
• Partner with Accounting on close, variance analysis and accruals.
• Present findings to senior leadership and support board materials.
