Job summary

Coupa is seeking a highly strategic Director of FP&A to lead global planning for the Value Services organization. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you will partner with the CCO and leadership to provide financial guidance and drive performance across the Customer Success, Professional Services, Education, Enablement, Support, and Services Operations.

With a footprint of nearly 1,000 employees and over $120M in annual spend, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and reporting,

Qualifications

• SaaS Professional Services FP&A experience required.
• 10+ years progressive FP&A experience in fast-growth tech.
• Executive-level stakeholder communication.
• Strong financial modeling to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CCO and Value Services leaders on strategic planning.
• Lead budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecast processes for $120M+ spend.
• Develop financial models and dashboards to track key metrics.
• Prepare executive and board-facing financial summaries.
• Drive process improvements in reporting and systems.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, HR, and Operations.
