Job summary

OneSpan is seeking a Director of FP&A in the United States to own the analytical engine behind software revenue and drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will manage unstructured data into clear narratives for Board materials, owning pricing approvals and collaborating with Accounting, Revenue Operations, Sales, and executives.

The role emphasizes autonomy, strong financial modeling, and presentation skills, with a focus on SaaS metrics and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant finance experience and prior experience managing others.
• Revenue-side FP&A or strategic finance experience—budgeting and forecasting bookings, revenue, or recurring revenue streams.
• Understanding SaaS business models and metrics (ARR, ACV, NRR, GRR).
• Advanced financial modeling ability and ability to work with unstructured data.

Responsibilities

• Own software bookings, New ACV, and Renewal ACV budgeting and forecasting globally.
• Own the ARR roll-forward and analysis of drivers behind retention and churn.
• Maintain the long-range planning model and scenario analyses for strategic decisions.
• Approve quote pricing for software transactions and escalate non-standard structures.
• Prepare recurring reporting cycles: monthly/quarterly forecasts, reforecasts, and executive dashboards.
• Develop Board materials and supporting schedules with the VP, FP&A.
