Job summary

IANS Research seeks aVice President, FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, and financial insight for the business. You will partner directly with the CFO and executive leadership to drive forward-looking analysis and own the budgeting cycle.

The role requires deep FP&A and SaaS/subscription expertise, with the credibility to operate as a strategic partner, build scalable models, and guide pricing and resource allocation decisions as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Deep FP&A expertise with SaaS/subscription financial acumen.
• Ability to translate data into decision-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for the business and partner with CFO/executive leadership.
• Own annual budgeting and rolling forecast across revenue lines and cost centers.
• Build integrated financial models covering ARR, GDR, NRR, and Adjusted EBITDA.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations for pipeline validation against plan.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packs and board presentations.
