You will partner with the CCO and leadership to guide AI-driven financial decisions and optimize performance across Customer Success, Professional Services, Education, Enablement, and Support. Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in FP&A within a fast-paced tech company.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with C-suite and exec leaders.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic financial partner to the Chief Customer Officer and Value Services leadership.
• Lead budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting for multiple teams.
• Develop robust financial models and reporting for key metrics and headcount planning.
